PTW 100th Challenge!

Well, it's great to celebrate the 100th challenge over at PTW!
Time has flown by so quickly and it's not far off 2 years since I started the blog!! It all followed on from the original Papertake group that I started. It was a group of about 25 people, divided into groups of 5. 1 person from each group sent the rest of their group a small pack of crafting goodies and we all made a card (or other item!) using the kit. At the end of each month the projects were uploaded onto the blog so that each team could see what the rest of the group had made with the products! It was great fun but unfortunately it grew a bit quicker than I had anticipated and soon it became difficult to corodinate each group and each kit going to the right addresses and relying on the postal service to get them there!!!! So once the groups had come full circle I decided to start an online challenge blog instead. Keeping the Papertake name I started Papertake weekly! I asked a couple of blogging friends to join the team and the rest as they say is history! I'd like to say a massive thanks to all those who have been part of the team - past and present and also to all those who stop by each week and join in with the challenge! And a big thanks to DawnyP too - cause as you know she recently took over the running of the blog and she's doing a fab job! :) Anyway massive waffle over with and onto the challenge which is pick your own - from any of the 99 challenges on PTW!! I decided to go with the very first challenge I set which was swirls - I have used the same image and papers too!!
Here's my notepad and card which one of you will be winning! I will also be putting a pic on of some crafting goodies that you can win as well (but me camera charger needs finding first lol!!)

And here's what I'll be giving away to one participant!

Includes:
5 pearlescent gold cards and white envelopes
2 sheets gold corner peeloffs
2 packs of Christmas topper embllishments
A selection of red and green Christmas themed papers
Gold organza ribbon
Burgandy organza ribbon
Bottle green organza ribbon
tartan ribbon with gold thread running through it!
Stix2 permanent glue runner or transfer tape pen as they like to call it lol!
ColorBox Fluid chalk ink in Lime Pastel
ColorBox Fluid Chalk ink in Warm red
Selection of red and green buttons!

I love that notepad, did you make that, like bind it yourself or just cut slits around the spirals? I have tried to alter a spiral notebook and it just about brought me to tears. I love your card and notepad.
